FREE TRIAL & BILLING
- Vizzard provides a 15 day FREE trial—no payment is required to start.
- Billing starts only after the free trial expires, based on the chosen plan.
- You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
PARTIAL REFUNDS & PRO-RATED CANCELLATION
We offer partial refunds based on months used (rounded up):
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- You cancel within an active billing period, and the refund follows the pro-rated formula.
- You experience a technical issue that prevents core functionality, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 days.
- A duplicate payment was made due to a system error.
- You cancel after the full usage period has ended.
- You request a refund after your subscription has fully ended (e.g., canceling in the last month of an annual plan).
- You request a refund without valid proof of an issue (e.g., general dissatisfaction).
- You do not submit a formal refund request via email or WhatsApp. Verbal requests will not be processed.
