Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal. Upgrades to yearly are applied at the end of the current billing cycle. Plans renew per your selected term; you can turn off auto-renew before the renewal date on your billing page. See Pricing for details.

You can request a final export before cancellation. We then schedule account data for deletion in line with our retention and backup policies, except where retention is required for statutory or compliance needs. Backups roll off automatically per policy.
Yes. Vizzard supports GST fields on invoices, HSN/SAC, and tax breakdowns suitable for Indian businesses. Please consult your CA for filing guidance specific to your firm.
